No one will benefit from youubbing your miserable off on other people.WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. If the barista that helped me saw this, I advise her to be more customer service oriented. The drinks are delicious and I am giving 2 stars. I went to copper moon because the Starbucks across the street was closed until 3. I'm 99% sure she was mocking me when she said it back. I told her to have a nice day since she didn't say anything. She said she couldn't take that because they couldn't take drinks back. I tried to give her the wrong drink when she thrust it out the window. She shut the window and put my drink in the mini fridge. She said it wasn't me who took your order and that it was in the computer. She rolled her eyes when I stumbled through the drink I ordered. She gave me a black iced coffee after I paid and waited another minute. I had to spell it out without the menu because she had me try to say the whole order on the spot. I said cold coffee because I had never been there before. I assumed she just needed an item so she could pull up the order I already placed when I actually had the menu in front of me. The barista raised her eyebrows and said, "What did you order?" after she shook her head.
I pulled up and was greeted with a clipped, 10 ounce Americano?. After ordering at the speaker, I waited 10 minutes behind one car. Unorganized, slow, rude service with a complete lack of communication within the staff as well as with me.
